Thank you for shopping with Peppadew® USA. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed from our East Coast fulfilment center. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that during periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified in the event of any significant delay. 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All orders are fulfilled via UPS from our East Coast facility. Standard delivery times within the contiguous United States typically range from 1 to 5 business days once the order has shipped, depending on the destination. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier transit schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Peppadew® USA currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer shipping to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you have a specific shipping inquiry, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to completing your purchase. 

Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging materials until any claim has been fully resolved. Please take a photo e-mail it to info@peppadewusa.com to arrange a refund or a replacement using a free code. 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
