Peppadew® USA Return And Refund Policy

We want you to love your Peppadew® products. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds (Within 7 Days)

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your product.

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept physical returns. Any returned items would need to be disposed of, so we handle all issues digitally.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@peppadewusa.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Replacements & Exchanges

If you received a product that you’re unhappy with — whether due to quality concerns or if you’d like to try a different product — we can offer:

·       A free replacement code to order the same product again, or

·       A free code for a different product, if you prefer to try something else.

If you do not want a replacement, we can issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo of the affected items within 7 days of delivery. Once received, we will issue either:

·       A replacement (via free code), or

·       A refund

No physical return is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept physical returns of any food items. We also cannot offer refunds on gift cards or sale items.

Refund Timing

Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
