2 Lbs Pork or Beef Tenderloin, cut into 1 ½-inch cubes
2 cups PEPPADEW® Peppers with juice
2 tsp. Herbs de Provence
½ cups Olive oil
Onion pieces cut in squares to be added to the Kebabs
Combine the juice of the PEPPADEW® peppers, olive oil, and Herbs de Provence. Marinate meat at room temperature for 3 hours. Remove meat form the marinade – reserving marinade. Alternate meat, PEPPADEW® peppers and onions on skewers. Brush with reserved marinade. Grill or broil under high heat for 5-10 minutes on each side.
