4 sub rolls
400g Rib eye grilled and sliced
8 tbsp Chimichurri
4 tbsp PEPPADEW® Mild Peppers Chopped
4 Chicory leaves

Method

Slice the sub roll and layer with the chicory leaf, grilled rib eye
Top with Chimichurri and PEPPADEW® Mild Peppers Chopped
Serve with a side salad or fries
